Shu Uemura The Lightbulb Foundation Review

Hi everyone!

For those who have been following for a while would know that my favourite foundation is the Shu Uemura Face Architect Foundation. Last year Shu Uemura released a new foundation called "The Lightbulb". I picked it up from Singapore Changi airport when I was coming back from Paris last year. I got it in 774 Light Beige.

The foundation came inside a big box, since it also came with it's own beauty blender.

I had eyeliner on my hand and covered it with the foundation. As you can see the foundation has great coverage.

Final verdict:
I do like this foundation, however I would rather stick to my Shu Uemura Face Architect foundation. While this foundation has improved in some ways, I find it to cakey for my liking. The coverage is great so if you're someone that wants more coverage, this would be perfect for you. The beauty blender is great and blends really well, however I don't find myself using it much since it's more time consuming (I just usually use my fingers to blend), and washing it is kinda hard. But anyway!

Pros:
- Great coverage
- Doesn't break me out
- Comes with a blender which works well
- Looks great on Asian skin

Cons:
- Expensive
- Too cakey for my liking

Sailor Jupiter Makeup セーラージュピターメイク

Hi everyone!

A few weeks ago I uploaded my Sailor Jupiter Makeup video onto Youtube! I absolutely LOVED Sailor Moon when I was younger and watched every single episode of it multiple of times! I was also crazy in love with the live action (PGSM) when it was out about.. 10 years ago? Man that makes me feel old haha.

Anyway! With the hype of the new Sailor Moon Crystal series, I decided to do a Sailor Jupiter video! My friends from the Travelling Videographer came out and helped me film as well!

Shu Uemura Silk Smooth Eyeshadow Review

Hi everyone!

Today I'm going to be reviewing some eyeshadows that I recently purchased and have been absolutely loving these past few weeks!

Shu Uemura Silk Smooth Eyeshadow Review in White Silver 909 and White Gold 311



I have never tried Shu Uemura eyeshadows before, so I thought I'd give them a try when I was at Narita Airport when I was waiting for my flight to go back to Australia. These two colours stuck out to me, I have always wanted some really shimmery eyeshadows that I can put on top of my eyeshadows to give it more of a "3D" effect.


You need to purchase the eyeshadows and the case separately

As you can see, it does make the colours pop so much more!

Makes your eyes pop and looks a lot more awake!

Pros:
- Super shiny! Makes your eyes pop and really gives you a 3 look!
- Very smooth and glides on very easily

Cons:
- You have to be careful of fallouts

Shu Uemura Rouge Unlimited PK340 Review

Hi everyone!!

Because September is my favourite month of the year, I am going to make an effort to blog EVERY single day this month!!

Shu Uemura is one of my favourite brands ever, the products are great quality and never fail to amaze me! The only downside is the price.. however I think that the items are definitely worth it! I've never used such a good brand as Shu Uemura.

Today I'm going to review the Shu Uemura Rouge Unlimited Lipstick in PK340. I received this as a birthday present from my friend Joanna for my birthday last year~!



The packaging is sleek and very simple.

It is SUPER creamy and glides on so smoothly!!

Thoughts:
Pros:
- Very creamy texture
- Doesn't feel dry at all!
- Lasts a while
- Not sticky at all!

Cons:
- I seriously can't think of any cons for this product!!
