Jill Stuart Jelly Blush in 01 Lacy Petal Review

6:55:00 PM 12 Comments A+ a-

Hey everyone!

Today I have another blush review!

This time I'm going to review the Jill Stuart Jelly Blush in 01 Lacy Petal.

I received this as a present from my friend Joanna when she went to Taiwan for a holiday

I've never tried Jill Stuart jelly blushes before and they only released these in Spring 2013!

Like the name, the jelly blush really does feel like jelly! It reminds me of the Jelly Eye Colour N packaging

Swatch

I usually use my fingers to apply this product

Final thoughts on this product:
The packaging is simple yet adorable just like all the other Jill Stuart packaging. The blush itself is very shiny when you wear it, however it doesn't have like.. glitter particles in it. This blush is also quite easy to blend, however it is also easy to apply too much blush on. I recommend only using a tiny bit and slowly building your way up to the colour you want. Using just a tiny bit of this product creates a really natural look that is great for everyday wear.

Pros
- Lovely packaging and small
- Very easy to blend
- Is buildable

Cons
- Pricey
- Easy to apply too much

I really want to try it now!! The packaging is so so so cute!!! It looks like a giant crystal. Does it have a scent btw...? I really like the light rose scent of Jill Stuart sometimes.

Between Jill Stuart and Liz Lisa blush, which one do you think is better?
Thank you!

Definitely Jill Stuart. To be completely honest, Liz Lisa makeup isn't great. The eyeshadows are very chalky and don't blend well at all

It looks really natural, though I do agree JS has very pricey products. I really like their lip gloss and their roll on EDT ^_^
